Questions, answered
Is EasyRent.AI free to use?
Yes, for 7 days. Create a free account, with no card, and the 3D map, your top ten and comparing homes are all included. The 7 days start the first time you open the map.
What happens after the 7-day trial?
Access to the 3D map pauses. Paid plans are not open yet, so nothing is charged and you can ask us for more access at people@psytech.ai. We will tell you before any price applies.
Can I use it to buy a home, not just rent?
Yes. Choose Buy on the home page. You can open any neighbourhood in 3D and check a building's sunlight, street noise, flood risk and what is within a 5-minute walk. Listings for sale are still being added, so today the homes with prices shown are samples for rent.
Are the homes on the map real listings?
The buildings, streets, parks and water come from real map and satellite data. In this early version the homes for rent are sample listings placed on real buildings, so you can try every tool; each one is marked as a sample. Verified listings from owners and partners are being added.
How is the match score worked out?
You answer five quick questions: rent, size, what matters most, what you want nearby and entrance facing. Each home is scored on each answer, weighted by how much it matters to you, and the reasons are shown next to the score.
Where does the 3D model come from?
Building footprints and streets come from OpenStreetMap and Google Open Buildings, and the imagery from Esri. Sunlight is calculated from the sun's path for the place and date.
Which cities are covered?
You can open any city, neighbourhood or postcode in the world. Building detail is richest where open map data is good, such as Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, New York and London.
What do you do with my details?
Sign-in is handled by Clerk, so we never see your password. We keep your email, when your trial started and whether you are renting or buying. There is no advertising and nothing is sold.
