These terms cover your use of EasyRent.AI. By creating an account or opening the 3D map you agree to them.

The free trial

• A free account gives you 7 days of access to the 3D map. The 7 days start the first time you open it. No payment details are asked for.
• When the 7 days end, access to the 3D map stops unless we have given you more. Paid plans are not open yet; we will tell you before anything is charged.
• One trial per person. We may end a trial that is being misused.

What the service is

• The buildings, streets and terrain come from open map and satellite data and can be incomplete or out of date.
• In this early version the homes shown for rent are samples placed on real buildings, and each is marked as a sample. They are not offers.
• Sunlight, noise, flood and walking-distance figures are estimates to help you shortlist. They are not a survey, a legal or financial opinion or a promise about any property. Visit and verify a home before you decide.

Using it properly

• Use it for your own home search. Do not copy it in bulk, scrape it, resell it, or load the service with automated requests.
• Do not try to get around the sign-in, the trial or the limits on how often the service can be used.
• Keep your sign-in details to yourself.

Our responsibility

The service is provided as it is, while it is in early development. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make using it or for it being unavailable or wrong. Nothing here limits rights you have by law.

We may change the service or these terms; the date above shows the latest version. How we handle your details is in the privacy notice.
