EasyRent.AI lets you search homes on a 3D map. We keep what we collect to the minimum needed for that. There is no advertising and no tracking of you across other sites.

What we collect

• Your account. To open the 3D map you create a free account. We receive your email address (and your name, if you give one) from our sign-in provider, Clerk. We never see or store your password. We also keep the date your 7-day free trial started and whether you said you are renting or buying, so we can run the trial and show you the right things.
• Callback requests. If you ask us to call you about a home, we receive the name and phone number you type, the home you asked about and the time. We use them only to call you back about that request.
• Server logs. Like any website, our server sees your IP address and the pages and map data your browser asks for. We use this to keep the service running and to stop abuse, and do not use it to build profiles.

What stays on your device

• Cookies and storage from the sign-in service, which keep you signed in. These are needed for the account to work.
• Whether you chose renting or buying on the home page.
• Map data for areas you open is kept in your browser so they load faster next time.
• A copy of any callback request you send is kept in your browser, so it is not lost if the network drops. You can remove it by clearing this site's data in your browser.

Services involved

To sign you in and draw the map, your browser loads data directly from these services, which receive your IP address as part of each request:

• Clerk, for sign-in and sessions, and its bot-protection check (Cloudflare Turnstile) when you create an account
• OpenStreetMap Nominatim, to find a place you search for
• Esri ArcGIS Online, for satellite imagery
• Amazon Web Services Open Data (Terrarium tiles), for terrain height
• esm.sh, which serves the 3D graphics library
• Google Fonts, for the typeface

Street and building data from OpenStreetMap and Google Open Buildings is fetched by our server, not by your browser.

Sample listings

In this early version, the homes shown for rent are samples placed on real buildings. A callback request about a sample home is still delivered to our team, who can help you find a similar real home.

Your choices

You can read the home page without an account. If you want your account, trial record or a callback request deleted, ask us and we will remove it.
